WHAT THE HECK ARE WE DOING?
Tenacious Toys is a DISCOVERY ENGINE. Our overall goal with Tenacious Toys is to spread as much beautiful sculptural art around the world as we possibly can. To do that, we heavily promote artists and brands from the USA and around the world. We use our shop news blog, email lists and social media posting to do that.
We have a keen interest in promoting emerging and working toy and custom artists. If you make your own toys by hand or in a factory, we want to hear from you!
WHY DO WE DO IT?
Discovery! Lately we’ve found that a vast majority of toy collectors are focused on more mass market items like Funko POPs, action figures, and blind boxes. It is our hope that we can present those items to you alongside more limited art toys like resin sculptures, one-off customs, imports, and super limited artist-designed vinyl/PVC/polystone pieces. This close placement of the higher-end products on the same pages as the mass produced items leads to a crossover for collectors, and introduce them to some of the artists and sculptural work that can be found in the super limited art pieces.
There’s a whole world out there of collectible sculptural artworks, and we hope our shop acts as the gateway to your discovery and enjoyment of these pieces.
